On March 18, 2024, in order to meet the long-term business development needs of the Company, promote the overseas layout strategy, meet the needs of international customers, and improve the supply capacity of products in the global market, the Company intends to carry out overseas investment focusing on the main business, and the total investment will not exceed 500 million yuan or equivalent currency. The scope of this overseas investment is mainly for investment projects in Southeast Asia, including but not limited to the acquisition of PCB companies, new PCB production bases, and joint ventures with professional investment institutions to set up overseas subsidiaries.
